KHORUS App Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers the KHORUS mobile application (package com.khorustov.khorusoffice), published on Google Play by KHORUS TOV, a Ukrainian legal entity registered at 6 pr. Maiakovskoho, Kyiv 02232, Ukraine, under DUNS 365453743.
Purpose of the application
KHORUS is a pocket business helper for corporate language services. It gives users two local tools — a Translation Cost Calculator and a Lesson Scheduler — together with a company card and contact links that point back to KHORUS TOV.
Local-only processing
All estimates produced by the Translation Cost Calculator are calculated on the device. All plans produced by the Lesson Scheduler are stored locally on the device using the platform key-value store. The application operates without user accounts and without any registration step.
SDKs and third-party components
The application is built with the Flutter framework and signed with a studio-managed keystore. It relies on the following platform and supplier components only:
- Google Play Services — provided by Google as a standard Android system component. It supports installation, update distribution and platform integrity checks. KHORUS does not directly query or read identifiers through Google Play Services.
- Google Fonts (via the google_fonts Flutter package) — used to render the Cormorant Garamond and Work Sans typefaces consistently. Font files are fetched over HTTPS from Google\u2019s font delivery endpoints when the device has network access, and are cached locally for offline display. Font delivery is served by Google and is covered by the standard Google privacy practices.
The application does not embed analytics, advertising, attribution or crash reporting software. It does not include Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, AdMob, Unity Ads or any similar provider.
Network behaviour
Outbound network activity is limited to: loading Google Fonts as described above, and opening external links (email, website) through the platform email application or the system browser when the user taps a contact action. The external targets reached by those actions are governed by their own providers.
Contact actions
When a user taps Email or submits the in-app enquiry form, the application prepares a draft using the platform mailto: handler. The draft is then handed to the user\u2019s chosen email application. KHORUS receives the message only after the user themselves sends it from their own inbox, at which point the message is handled as ordinary business correspondence at office@khorus.ink.
Children
The application is intended for professional audiences working in corporate environments. It is appropriate for general audiences on Google Play.
Security
Because processing stays on-device and no server-side account exists, the security of stored plans relies on the protections of the Android platform itself (application sandboxing, filesystem isolation and the lock-screen credentials chosen by the user).
Changes to this policy
If the scope of the application is ever extended in a way that involves new SDKs or new categories of processing, this page will be updated in advance of the corresponding release on Google Play.
Contact
Questions about this policy, the application, or the underlying studio may be sent to office@khorus.ink or posted to the registered office address above.
